After a disqualification and an appeals process, Luke Baldwin is the winner of the Robert Jeffreys Memorial at Caraway Speedway. Results from the Caraway event remain unofficial until SMART receives the outcomes from an independent lab for the tire samples taken at Caraway Speedway.
